Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 2 days after delivery of the product.

  • After 2 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to accept return requests.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not be used, damaged, or altered.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.

 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Products returned after 2 days of delivery

  • Items without original packaging

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to send the product back as instructed by our support team.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of return approval.
